Quarterly Reporting - (IFTA, KYU, NY HUT, Etc.)

Bicehouse Consulting offers a quarterly reporting service for IFTA, New York's HUT, Kentucky's KYU, New Mexico's Weight Distance Tax, and monthly reporting for Oregon's Highway Use Tax. All of these services are covered under a one monthly fee of $20.00 per vehicle. This fee does not include what is owed to IFTA for your quarterly fuel taxes. Bicehouse Consulting will provide you with a trip report form, and at the end of each month you will need to mail us your trip reports and fuel receipts. Customer is responsible for all fees owed for fuel taxes (IFTA, KYU, NY HUT, Etc.) After filing your quarterly reports, the trip reports and fuel receipts will be returned to you. All supporting documents must be kept for 4 years! * If you only need New York's HUT, Kentucky's KYU, New Mexico's Weight Distance Tax or Oregon's Highway Use Tax filed please refer to those separate services for the fee.
